Host a company conference for up to 360 guests in the Grand Ballroom encompassed by floor-to-ceiling windows, or throw an intimate gathering in the Cocktail Room. The Estate is suited to accommodate all modern conveniences.

Room-darkening shades in the Grand Ballroom set the perfect stage for an afternoon or Summer evening celebration, complete with extreme dance lighting from our In House Entertainment system, spot lighting, and even two drop-down screens for photo montages and same day video edits. The Guest of Honor will have the choice of making a spotlighted Balcony Entrance, after which our Cameras will film his/her Dancer/Court accompanied decent down our Lobby stairs as your Guests watch on our Screens in awe. The Ballroom doors open and though a fresh layer of fog our Guest of Honor enters to a screaming throng of his/her Guests! And, as if in a Manhattan Dance Club, enjoy your party in 3 camera “live” coverage on our Screens, and take home the Video the next day! Because we only host one event at a time, your child will feel as special as the occasion itself. From photo booths, video games, and lounge furniture rentals, The Estate at Florentine Gardens will assist you in planning every detail of your unique and unforgettable family celebration.


A wide variety of musical options are available for social events. DJ, Jazz Trio, String Sections, a Balcony Harpist or our full 10 piece House Band will add just the right energy desired. Screen projections can be shown and even created, and the flow of the night and it’s important moments will be choreographed seamlessly by one of our Premier Event Coordinators.


Our hosted Corporate Events/Meetings can utilize any and all of our elaborate Technology provided by our state of the art Video Control Room located in back of the Stage Area. Use our direct stage hook up to present from your Computer what you’ve prepared for your Event in brilliant HD from our drop down screens. And the atmosphere we create can be unique…from a Spot Light in the middle of the Ballroom you can highlight your created work, as the Company Logo shines on the Dance Floor. Dial in Senior Administration and Celebrities from around the world to address the troops, and retire to our fine cuisine, great conversation and music!
