Jason Gentile found his passion for the industry back in 2000 when having to plan his parents 25th Wedding Anniversary. This was his stepping-stone into the catering world. Jason has worked in various locations, both exclusive wedding facilities and a la carte restaurants all around North Jersey. He has a variety of Front of the House experience from starting as Banquet Server, to a Floor Captain to now a Dining Room Maître ‘D and Event Consultant.
